I work with Individuals 16+ who are navigating difficult life transitions, struggling with overwhelming feelings of anxiety, experiencing work stress, and facing challenges in their relationships.
I offer support in a nonjudgmental space for you to explore your concerns, process your emotions, and develop coping strategies.
First we will address your symptoms, then we will work to address the underlying issues contributing to your anxiety and relationship problems, so you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and take the necessary steps to improve your overall well-being.
Couples Counseling
You and your partner are stuck in the same arguments and are struggling to trust each other and communicate in a way where you both feel understood. You feel distant and unable to find repair from conflict.
Our work focuses on understanding your cycle of arguments to restore your connection. We will work to see the cycle of arguments as the problem, not each other.
