Reconnection Starts Here.

INdividual (16+) and couples therapist in Atlanta, GA.

Hi, I’m Colleen, MA, NCC, APC

It is lonely when you feel disconnected from yourself, your close friends/family, or your partner. I can help with that.

I specialize in helping couples reconnect and improve their intimacy by teaching them how to understand and communicate their emotions.

I focus my supervision and training on helping adolescents (16+) and adults struggling with anxiety to break free from constant worry.

I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good match.

I’ve Been There.

Most bios you have read so far will most likely touch on something like, "This is a safe space. This will be a healing journey. You will learn coping skills," etc. All of that is so important and something I offer, too, but what I want you to know is that I’ve been there.

My struggle with anxiety catapulted me into my journey of becoming a therapist.

In a world full of uncertainty (an anxious individuals nightmare of a statement!!) what I do know for certain is that you deserve a nonjudgmental witness to join you on your path to healing, and it would be an honor to be that person.

I draw upon various models such as CBT, EFT, and Rogerian to ensure I meet my clients where they are.

I aim to bring my humanness into every session, and as a firm believer in the healing power of laughter, I often incorporate humor as a tool for connection and healing.

“It seems to me that the good life is not any fixed state. The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”
